The Board issues an abbreviated financial statement every year to inform our residents of the association’s financial status. Hope you are doing well!! Summer months are now behind us and we focus on the new school year and start looking forward to the holiday season. The Board will also be very busy during the coming months getting ready for another year. We have had a good year and look forward to another good year 2012! This is your newsletter and your community so please read it in it’s entirety and PLEASE pass it along to the other people living in your house! Then hang the newsletter on your refrigerator or place it in a location that you can refer to in the future… especially the last page with the dates and phone numbers.
