Notice:  The Atasca Woods Board of Directors will meet in regular session, open to the public, at:

Atascocita Volunteer Fire Department, Station 1
7642 Farmingham (near the entrance to Walden, behind the Bank of America)
at  6:00 pm on Wednesday,  July 20, 2011.

At this meeting, the Board will consider the following matters:

1. Open Meeting.  Establish Quorum.
2. Community Input (Limited to 3 minutes each)
3. Consider and receive nominations for Officer positions for 2011/2012.
4. Review and approve minutes from previous meeting.
5. Review and approve current financials.
6. Review and discuss project list.
7. Review and discuss security issues as needed.
8. Board Member general comments.
9. Review deed restriction violations as needed, (possible in closed session)
10. Open discussion and other items that may come before the Board.
11. Adjourn meeting, next meeting – September 21, 2011.
